First Access Pass holders can start shopping Sun, May 17th at 4 PM CT with a password we will email/text by NOON CT on Sun, May 17th
We will send lots of emails before the drop! If you aren’t seeing them, check your spam
Check out the Sneak Peeks to see some of the items that will be available in the drop! You can view Sneak Peeks until Saturday, May 16th at NOON CT
Sale opens to the public for shopping without a password on Mon, May 18th at 7 pm CT

Be ready with your wine/water/Diet Coke, phone and/or computer, and have your credit card auto-filled on your devices 15 min before the sale begins
There will be buttons on the homepage that say SHOP ALL or SHOP BY CLOSET; that's where you will click and enter your password to shop
All items in the sale have the seller's name noted on them
All items will have the size of the model in the description

There will be a search feature during the sale so you can search for specific brands or items directly from the search bar
You can narrow categories down by size and other factors
Sizes are listed by what the tag says but there will be an asterisk and an explanation in the description if there is a size discrepancy
We highly suggest checking out as you shop because items in your cart are NOT held; the only way to secure an item is to pay for it

You will pay for $12.95 flat rate shipping with your FIRST ORDER during the drop and then you need to check your order confirmation email for your free shipping code that you can use on all subsequent orders for the time frame noted in the email

IN YOUR CART: Route shipping insurance is auto selected in your cart. Route covers your purchase if your order is lost or stolen in transit. We highly suggest keeping that insurance on every order.
All purchased items will be shipped by JUNE 5th

You can return almost everything for STORE CREDIT
Items in the Luxury Edit + jewelry are FINAL SALE; if an item cannot be returned, it will be noted in the description

First Access Pass holders typically purchase 50-70% (or more) of everything in each drop so just know this is a fast-paced shopping experience and you can always find a new treasure if someone gets to something you love before you do
